As a Technical Designer, I was responsible for digitizing paper and muslin pattern pieces and grading them into multiple sizes using industry-standard pattern design software. I created efficient PP, and production markers for overseas factories, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. I collaborated closely with designers to develop garment models, select appropriate fabrics, and estimate fabric yield based on cuttable width. I also reviewed critical production documents such as design sheets, cutter’s musts, and garment models to ensure accuracy and readiness for production. Additionally, I assisted in fittings, measured garments for fit, created flat sketches, and assembled comprehensive tech packs detailing construction methods, measurements, and trims to support seamless sample development and production.
